SCHEDULE:

WORKSHOP DAY 1 – Thursday – start at about 10:00 AM
We will start off with a little introduction time, to get to know everybody!  Then we will move on to lunch, for more get to know you time, and some special Q&A time.  After lunch we will spend a few hrs shooting at a fabulous location.  Dinner will follow, since we will all be famished from shooting!:)  Following dinner we will have a few hrs of sit down “class” time, to go over camera fundamentals, lighting, composition, etc.

WORKSHOP DAY 2 – Friday-  Start at about 9:00 am
I want to start this fun packed day off with a few hrs of shooting time, then move on to lunch, and have some Q&A time about things that come up after shooting.  We will then move on to some sit down class time about proccessing, textures use, personal style and any questions pertaining to those topics.  After I have packed your brain with mass amounts of information, we will head out to a fun relaxing dinner,a nd then move on to an evening shoot, which will be a great time to go over low light and OCF!

WORKSHOP DAY 3 – Saturday - Start at 9:00am
We will start off with some morning class time to go over Business, Marketing, Branding, Clients, Pricing, products, etc.  Then on to lunch, where we can continue those topics.  By then ya’ll should be ready for a fun filled afternoon-evening of shooting, followed by a later dinner, and some one on one image review time!?

WORKSHOP DAY 4 – Sunday
This is the day that everybody will be leaving, so I am not going to plan anything. We can play it by ear and base it around people schedules for when they have to leave!

Kristi, no specific hours as of right now…pretty much an all day thing each day. Sunset isn’t until later, about 9:45, so we will shoot in the evening I have a feeling. Sequim is on the olymic peninsula, about 2 hrs west of Seattle.

Karmen - January 22, 2010 - 5:08 am

DARN, DARN, DARN! As I mentioned (SS) last week of June was out for me. I had me some suitcases all packed and ret-to-go for any other date in June you picked. We’ll make it work someday, GF. I hope you all have a blast! I look forward to your posting of the mega fun-ness had by all:) <3 ya

Kristi Deter - January 21, 2010 - 10:50 pm

Hi. I am interested in your workshop, but I will have a very young baby at the time. Are there hours available ? So cool you’re doing this !!

Kristi Deter

PS. Where is Sequim exactly ? My mom lives in Chehalis, and I would love to visit her in the mean time.
