{ Memorial Day Hike – Lake Crescent, WA }

We decided to be adventurous yesterday and do some hiking.  We chose to do the Spruce R. R. Trail along Lake Crescent first.  Geniuses that we are, we did not look at the sign to see how long it was, HAHA.  Poor Wyatt only managed to walk about 1.5 miles out of the 8 (yes...

I just read the article about you in the Sequim Gazette. I saw Coast Guard wife in the heading and had to read on since I am also a Coast Guard wife that lives in Sequim, WA. I love your pics they are so beautiful!
I was actually looking into photographers in the area because I am expecting our first baby this December and I wanted to do some belly pics as well as some newborn pics. Just wondering what your prices were?

Hope to hear from you soon,
Ashley Bush

I learned something new tonight…apparently my dog can fly….haha…ok maybe not really fly, but give him a huge open field and it will make you crack up laughing to see him leaping through it.  He literally gets over 4 feet off the ground at times and just soars through the air.   He can leap...

wow these are gorgeous! I would by these to frame and put up on our walls! congrats on a new place to call home! Wow I’m inspired! I know what I’m doing today, and it’s definitely NOT staying inside to clean. Loading the kids up in the car and driving around our beautiful area, before the T-Storms hit!
Also, if you like the wild mustard check out my blog, wild mustard grows across the street in an empty lot next to the creek. It was the only thing that caught my daughter’s attention through the pain of her new molars!
Rock the day, and thanks for sharing!

You’ve captured everything so beautifully Tara, everything I love about the NW! You’ve made me miss home again! Try the Scenic Beach area, theres some great hiking and at the end it empties out on to a beach that has some kind of tree house carved into a tree, Wyatt would love it. WE didn’t get that far in out travels it was flooded at the end.
